OUR COVID-19 Response

We ask all patients to call reception on 8230 6999 on arrival from their car and stay in the car. We’ll call when the doctor is ready to see you.

We ask you to NOT ENTER our clinic if you:

Have cold or flu-like symptoms including a fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath.
Have been to any COVID Hotspots or to areas of concern in the past 14 days.
Have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID.
Believe you have a runny nose due to hayfever.
You are unable to wear a face mask.
You are not fully vaccinated against COVID (2 doses of an approved COVID vaccine).
