New patient under the age of 70 and current patients can book appointments for Skin Wise Healthcare online or by contacting our reception. We ask all patients to wear little to no makeup. Please refer to our FAQs page for all consult fees and other information regarding your appointment. If the reception desk is unattended, one of our friendly staff at East Adelaide Healthcare will assist you. First time online booking First time users need to register for online booking. Registered users should sign in to book an appointment. Once you have selected a date, time and doctor click on the next button to see the summary of your booking. Click on Confirm Appointment. Once you have made your booking click on my account to log off. You will receive a confirmation email within the next 10 minutes. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email. We ask all new patients to arrive 10 minutes earlier to fill in a registration form. You can also print off the registration form and bring it along to your appointment.  Please note that full payment is requested on the day. You may cancel your appointment online, but please note that for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a non-attendance fee may apply. Consult Lengths When planning your appointment, please keep in mind the following consult lengths: For most patients a skin check with Skin Wise Healthcare will last 15 minutes.
